ABOUT CLEAN COAL SOLUTIONS (CCS): A joint venture between ADA-ES and NexGen Resources has been established to provide utilities with CyClean, a technology designed to help older cyclone boilers meet stringent environmental regulations. We have developed and supplied our low cap-ex solution for coal-fired boilers to reduce emissions.

Position Summary: The Master Scheduler will assist management with key information to track and manage a wide range of tasks required to complete a multi-project development program. This position is responsible for performing project controls work on these development projects, including planning, forecasting, scheduling, resource loading, cost control, schedule control, and status reporting. Focus will be on critical path method scheduling skills and experience. Work closely with all levels of the CCS organization, in particular with the Development Director and project management teams to ensure accurate and timely schedule and resource controls are implemented throughout the project lifecycle.

Duties and Responsibilities:  The essential duties and responsibilities regularly performed and normally assigned to this position are as follows:

1. Develop and maintain master program schedule and work breakdown structure (WBS).
• 2. Work with project managers to incorporate individual project schedules into the master schedule.
• 3. Develop and issue weekly reports to management that show progress and identify risks to critical path.
• 4. Facilitate/lead project planning/scheduling sessions and periodic reviews of established plans with management to develop/maintain schedules, identify issues and preclude impact to project milestones and objectives.
